Dina, the Failed Witch
"My wand and books have more magic in them than I could ever dream to have. They're all that's keeping my title as a witch." Dina could show her ability to easily manipulate magic without the use of said wand and spell book, seeming far more proficient without them. Mayhaps a quick flick of the wrist to demonstrate something without consciously realizing the magic it requires. In terms of clothing, I would think of something simple yet with enough cutouts to show various tattoos embedded in her skin.
